Data we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. This information is used only to handle your enquiry.

Reservations are handled by our partner Zenchef, which applies its own privacy policy.

Purpose and legal basis

Your contact details are processed to respond to your enquiries, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you. Audience measurement relies on your prior consent.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to the Brasserie S team. Email delivery is handled by Resend, and site hosting by Vercel. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Retention

Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then archived or deleted.

Cookies and analytics

On arrival, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Statistics tools (Google Analytics) and advertising tools (Meta Pixel) are only activated after your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Your choice is stored for twelve months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to info@brasserie-s.lu.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), the supervisory authority in Luxembourg.
